Cancellation & Refund
Before you return a Tein Do Ek product, please reflect for a moment as to understand how our products are made. All our products are hand block printed by traditional artisans, resulting in every product being unique in itself and each being slightly different from the other. These processes are manual, hence there is always space for human error these nuances are the beauty of all handmade products and result of human endeavour, hence the irregularities which may occur are characteristic of the process and may not be counted as a defect. We have made all effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. But there is no guarantee of your computer monitor’s/screen’s display of any colour accuracy.
All orders go through a stringent quality check before shipping. However, there are always chances that you may have received a damaged or defective product, please notify us …………….within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Your purchases will be shipped only once your payment has been credited into our bank account. On week days payments may take anywhere between 12 to 72 hours to credit into our bank account.
Once the payment is received and the order will be dispatched, a tracking number would be emailed to you for tracking your courier. If you are facing any trouble tracking your package with the tracking number we provide, kindly contact us on info@teindoek.com or WhatsApp on +91 81077 16652 with details – your full name and order number.
If due to unforeseen circumstances any unprecedented discrepancies or delays in your order would be intimated on your registered email address or WhatsApp. Kindly keep a check on the same for more information on your purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Policy
- Processing the order within India takes 3 – 5 working days and thereafter shipping takes 6 – 10 working days.
- We do not offer Refunds and we accept Returns against Exchange or Store credit valid for 12 months.
- The product once bought will only be accepted for exchange if informed within 3 days after the delivery and is in perfect condition with no damage, stains or marks. Tein Do Ek team holds the right to not accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer.
- If you have received the Product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Please notify us immediately on consumer experience helpline on or email on +91 81077 16652 Mail – info@teindoek.commentioning the Order ID. Post validation Tein Do Ek will ensure that a new order is placed and sent with no additional cost.
- Exchange – the same product can be exchanged for a different size – please note that you cannot exchange a product with another kind of product. If you wish to get another product in exchange of the ordered product kindly opt for return and store credit.
- There is No Returns or Exchanges for Discounted/Sale products
- Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable.
- In case of Exchange, customers have to pay Rs. 200 as exchange fee for us to book the reverse pick up and send the exchanged piece.
- Parcel sent to us without a prior email/ WhatsApp will not be accepted.
International Orders
WE DO NOT PROVIDE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. In case of any exceptions for international orders, the customer will have to send the product back to us and bear the shipping cost of to and fro and custom charges if any. The company will not be liable to pay for any shipping cost/custom charges upon delivery for international returns.
Cancellation of Order
Cancellation will only be accepted if your order hasn’t been shipped. A cancellation fee of Rs. 250 will be charged on pre-paid orders.
